About the Maestro 40 Sailboat

The Maestro 40 is a Finnish performance cruiser designed by Eivind Still and built by Maestro Boats in Finland to typical Baltic build standards — hand-laid polyester laminate over a Divinycell foam core. Larger sister to the earlier Maestro 31, the 40 combines a long waterline, moderate beam, and a tall fractional rig for fast passage performance, while the interior is finished in light Scandinavian woodwork with up to three cabins. Shoal and deep keel options expand cruising range. The Maestro 40 is well-regarded in the Northern European racer-cruiser scene and a regular ORC and Baltic regatta entrant.
